FAQs & Contact

Find out everything you need to know about attending a Black History Month event from our Frequently Ask Questions or by contacting us.

Do I need to book to attend an event?

Booking is essential for some events, but is recommended for all events. If you haven’t been able to book tickets, it’s still worth showing up on the day if you can – any remaining tickets will be available on the door.

What if I can’t book online?

Your local library can help you! They will be able to go through the Eventbrite booking process with you and make sure you don’t miss out on tickets.

How do I find out where a venue is?

Our website has venue details including Google Maps locations here.

Are all events accessible?

We prioritise accessibility and most of our venues are fully accessible. You can check each venue’s accessibility on our Venues page. We also have BSL or Open Captioned Speech at some of our Events – you can filter all events by these criteria here.
