A series of monologues created by young east London artists inspired by Theatre Royal Stratford East’s audio play, “8:46”. The monologues interrogate and celebrate identity, power and community within the prism of Black Joy. 8:46 is an audio play which also performed live as part of the Greenwich and Docklands Festival, conceived and commissioned in light of the George Floyd murder and the Black Lives Movement
The young people who participated in this project are:
Adrian Taylor-Morgan (online workshops only)
Chisolum Johan Orliaku
Booking is not required. The audio will be available from 6pm on 13 November.
